Anyway, I realised I haven't posted here for a long long time!

Today I am here to promote healthy living!

As you know it is THE Chinese New Year.
Yes the one where everyone supposedly gets fat whenever it comes.
For some weird reason, I've been getting less and less interested in Chinese New Year food.
So I don't really eat much.
For Chinese New Year people eat like 大鱼大肉 and start feeling bloated/guilty/indigestion/fat
Which isn't good!

So here are a few suggestions to feel better:

1. Drink green tea!
Personally, I drink green tea everyday.

This is the brand I drink! I drink it every evening.
Whenever I drink it I feel really healthy.
Point to note: You should use hot water! Hot boiling water is the best. And don't poke the teabag when you just added the hot water, because it will just break for some reason and all the tea leaves will just fly out from the tea bag.

2. Gaviscon!
If you have heart burn this would be good.
Even though I haven't tried it before.


3. Bloatedness
Take that thing that bloated guy in the plane drinks and his stomach goes down. (forgot what's it called, anyone?)
Alternatively take a stroll

4. Sore throat
Take this!

I've been taking it whenever I have cough/sore throat and it really helps to soothe my throat and I don't cough at all.
Point to note: Do not consume excessively or else bear laxative effects such as 10 lozenges in 1-2 hours.
And no worries, there's no fats in this.
And you can even eat it as sweets!


Or, just don't eat too much during Chinese New Year.
You'll feel so much happier if you aren't bloated.
