First of all I would like to comment that SM is really smart.
It seems like they spent quite a lot of money on DBSK's comeback.
And they even used the Lucifer technology in the MV.
But I really like Homin (esp Yunho!) (:
By the way, if you listen to the MR removed, you'll know they're good.
End of kpop.
I also think it's ridiculous that businesses started playing Chinese New Year songs even before Christmas was over.
This is called misleading the public to feel that Chinese New Year is coming really soon (At that point of time i.e. Christmas) when it is in fact in February.
It makes some people disoriented.
And I also think that it doesn't make sense to only start cleaning your house when Chinese New Year is coming.
All of a sudden they realise their house is full of junk. Pfft.
Some people even define 'spring cleaning' as throwing almost everything in their house out and getting new furniture etc.
Which I think is an absolute waste of money and an extremely disgusting act.
Because there are people out there who can't even afford the basic necessities while so many people here are flushing money down the drain like that.
So many of us splurge over clothes, shoes etc during Chinese New Year which we claim to be "getting rid of old and having new brings luck and prosperity", when there probably are so many new clothes lying in the wardrobes.
Imagine people in a nice warm house having a great feast and at the very same time, another group of people just outside that house, not having enough clothes and food, or even a place to stay. It might sound overly dramatic, but in some places this really happens.
Sometimes festivals and celebrations makes me feel so guilty. And disgusted.
Perhaps one of the reasons I never really liked Chinese New Year.
OKAY!
I hope everyone rests well this weekend.
To improve on the slightly weird atmosphere that I created with the above, I shall present a picture! It cheered me up earlier this week for a few times (:
